On July 1, 2014 we took over the lease on the historic Red Victorian Bed and Breakfast. We are keeping the name, as well as the tradition of community and intention that the property has held for the past 40 years. We also undertook fairly substantial renovations.

The 20 rooms received a facelift, with all new mattresses, linens and paint. All 10,000 square feet of carpet were removed, and drywall was either repaired or replaced in every room. The ground floor was also entirely renovated, and is being redesigned as a member-supported 3rd space for projects, collaboration, events and activities, expected to open late 2014/early 2015.

The room offerings are a little different than before, with the introduction of some shared rooms, and the offering of longer term stays. The prices are on par with what they were before, with a slightly wider spectrum of options. We have done our best to have options that are both affordable and indulgent.
