We will explore the nature of sounds and how they trigger different emotions; the power of equalization & filters in clearing or crowding the musical space; and a simple technical introduction to Traktor, the #1 DJ software. No previous technical knowledge / clubbing experience required. After the class you'll be encouraged to practice your own mixing using one of our controllers (provided).
NOTE: if you bring your Mac laptop we can install Traktor + other useful music download & management tools. All is provided free of charge.
